Welcome to Custom Fitness and Nutrition.

My name is Ed Henry. I am a nationally certified:

  •  Personal Trainer
  •  Nutritional Specialist 
  •  Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach.

My certifications are held with the American Council on Exercise.

  • Accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).

My purpose as a Personal Training is to assist my clients in establishing goals and achieving results.

I have worked with a variety of clients seeking improved fitness and health.

My client’s ages range from 13 – 80 years and included general population, athletes, military, fitness professionals,
special population (with existing diseases and / or physical issue's) and post-op exercise rehabilitation after physical therapy.

No one fitness or nutrition plan fits everyone. Each client’s program is developed to address their specific needs. 

I consider Fitness and Nutrition the perfect partners, combined they will give you the results you want faster, healthier and long term. 

I have written and will present to individual client’s, business’s or organization’s a nutrition presentation which logically describes nutritional details that we all need to know about fats, carbohydrates, proteins and how to read food labels.
